I have always been interested in helping people reach their potential. Our exploration together will identify the undertow affecting your flow, fueling actions and inactions.

As a creativity coach my tools of engagement are handpicked from many sources including mindfulness practice, militant self-care, dream work, breath and body awareness, the discipline and craft of acting and writing, nature based ritual and vision quest experience, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, 12-Step principles and Improvisation (whose basic philosophy is saying “yes, and…” to a healthy life.)

One of my favorite direct action techniques is Voice Dialogue, which melts emotional, financial, creative, personal and professional blocks and activates your imagination and inspiration. Transform your life by facilitating and accessing the gifts and wisdom of your different alter egos.
Shake your tale and star in your new story.

The benefits are enormous when you are no longer blinded by a rigid stance and start to see opportunities within obstacles. We all have more fun as we become unstuck and engaged, fulfilled, healthy and passionate. Hook into your potential, grieve what’s necessary and revel in your creativity.
