![]() Fran Sorin, my good friend and I celebrated the launching of the 10th anniversary of her book, Digging Deep: Unearthing Your Creative Roots Through Gardening by enjoying a dream come true. We have wanted to work together for years and we got our chance to co-create and lead our inaugural workshop at the Expressive Therapies Summit 2014! Guided by Wabi-sabi, the Japanese aesthetic of beauty is "imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete," we integrated using Inner Voice Dialogue through the sensorial medium of planting – highlighting different elements, which in turn activate different aspects of ourselves.

I am so excited to read that the two of you will be coming up! I am sure that you and your friend, Fran Sorin have worked really hard on this book. As what you've said, I am expecting some facts and information from "wabi sabi", and it's definitely no joke! I tried reading some page of the said book and I have to instantly say that it was really informational. Right now, I am just hoping that you tow will have a good collaboration. More books to come, I wish!

Wabi-Sabi is a great art of perfectly imperfect way to embrace imperfections in life just like you have mentioned above.
