I heard that a lot of things are being discussed in Expressive Therapies Summit. This makes me want to attend the said summit because I know in myself that there are still things that I need to improve within my self. Aside from the possible skills I could acquire from it, what matters the most is the attitude and right outlook in life that I should learn. Growing old means maturing isn't it? We should all experience that!

as if at any moment you may get the "absurd good news."

Yes, life has difficulties. But why not choose optimism?

Embodying this philosophy feels wonderful. It is in this spirit I welcome you to my BLOG, where we revel in our world that includes tiramisus and tsunamis, salamanders that molt old skin and humans who shed old stories and sashay into new ways of being present.

Here's to cultivating a life of peak experiences that includes shadow & light!
