It's a pleasantly refreshing way to be fully focused in the moment.
It was fun to demonstrate "Pragmatic Mindfulness" at the NYU Student Health Center on 2/27/2013. We explored everyday strategies on how to be present, reduce stress and achieve wellness. And yes, we blew bubbles and mindfully watched them drift. You too can try this, in your home and office:).

If all people would be mindful about "Pragmatic Mindfulness", I guess all people wouldn't be stressed that much and we will all live a happy life. Actually, I am the type of person who lives having peace of mind. I admit that I am that kind of person who will choose peace of mind over anything else, because that is the rightest thing to have nowadays. I would rather spend time waiting for something than to be bothered a ll the time, I guess. It was a good thing that you had it demonstrated in NYU Student Health Center! I know a lot of people learned from you!

Thank you so much for your comment. I certainly try to use pragmatic mindfulness myself as I agree with you - it's always better to aim for peace of mind.
